Our Rise & Shine emails are meant to be uplifting, inspirational and just “feel-good” messages to start your week on a high note. However, I wanted to take the opportunity this week to speak to a more serious topic that has become part of our everyday lives over the past few weeks, the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
At HighNote, we’ve been prudent in prevention and awareness. Employee safety is always a top priority. We have instructed our employees to stay home if they are running a fever, are experiencing coughing or sneezing, or if they have been in contact with anyone who is ill and to notify us immediately.
Currently, it’s business as usual at HighNote, but with extra precautions. Because we are in personal contact with the products we’re delivering to our clients, we are taking extensive preventive measures for dealing with the Coronavirus with hand-washing and sanitizing front office and production areas several times a day.
We are closely monitoring updates from the CDC and the WHO, regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these organizations and encourage you to do so as well. Our prayers go out to the families affected by the virus, all across the world.
